Executive Search and Recruiting Services

Under our retained search services agreement, Hire Consulting Services (HCS) will be given exclusive rights for the recruiting, screening and introduction of candidates for the company specified position prior to the commencement of the search and recruiting assignments.

Terms and Conditions

•  Search Fee: The published fees for our executive search services are calculated at 1/3 (33.3%) of the hired candidates estimated first years compensation.

•  Payment Terms: A non-refundable retainer of one-third of the estimated search fee is due upon acceptance of the assignment. A progress payment of one-third is due 30 days after the assignment begins, and the balance is due upon the hired candidate start date, which is adjusted based on the employee's negotiated compensation.

•  Expenses: All approved telephone, research, overnight delivery, and travel expenses directly related to the search assignment are billed separately. We will make every effort to minimize expenses.

•  Cancellation: If the search is terminated by the company for any reason, the calculated hourly time (based at $300/hour) plus, any out-of-pocket expenses on behalf of the company will be paid to HCS.  

•  Guarantee: If the placed candidate terminates or is terminated from his or her position for any reason other than lack of work or company reorganization within sixty (60) days of his or her date of start, HCS will find a suitable replacement at no additional cost within an reasonable period of time following the termination.
